The ME2159 is a compact DC/DC boost converter IC integrating a built-in NMOS power switch, optimized for low-voltage input and medium-current applications.
It supports a 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage range and provides an adjustable output voltage up to 12V using a 0.6V feedback reference.
