The ME2139 is a high-current DC/DC step-up (boost) converter controller designed for applications requiring higher output power by using an external NMOS power transistor.
It operates from a 0.9V to 6V input voltage range and supports adjustable output voltages up to 20V through a 1.25V feedback reference.

With PFM/PWM operation and a 1MHz switching frequency, the ME2139 can deliver up to 3A output current, offering ±2% output accuracy and enabling compact, high-efficiency boost power designs such as 3.6V to 5V conversion.
