The ME2110 is a versatile DC/DC boost converter IC integrating a built-in NMOS power switch, optimized for higher output current in compact designs.
It supports a 0.9V to 6V input voltage range and delivers an adjustable output voltage from 1.8V to 6.0V.

Operating in PFM mode with selectable switching frequencies of 150kHz or 360kHz, the ME2110 provides up to 1A output current with ±2% regulation accuracy, well suited for 3V to 3.3V conversion.
