The ME2109 is a flexible DC/DC step-up (boost) controller IC designed to work with an external NMOS power transistor, enabling higher power scalability.
It operates from a 0.9V to 6V input voltage range and supports adjustable output voltages up to 20V using a 1.25V feedback reference.

Using PFM/PWM control at 300kHz, the ME2109 delivers up to 1A output current with ±2% output accuracy, ideal for 3V to 5V and higher boost applications.
