The LM1117MPX-3.3/NOPB is a fixed 3.3V low dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator from Texas Instruments, capable of delivering up to 800mA of output current with a dropout voltage of just 1.2V at full load. Designed for reliable voltage regulation, it incorporates current limiting, thermal shutdown, and a Zener-trimmed bandgap reference for ±1% output voltage accuracy.

Part of the LM1117 series, it is also available in adjustable and other fixed-voltage options, making it suitable for a wide range of electronic applications. A minimum 10µF tantalum capacitor is recommended at the output for enhanced stability and transient response.
