The KBU1010 is a 1000V 10.0A single-phase bridge rectifier diode module designed for ultra-high-line AC to DC conversion in industrial offline power rails, infrastructure rectifier stages, large capacitor charging systems, transformer fed front-end bridges, SMPS input modules, and medium-to-heavy 10A single-phase AC-DC converter boards demanding exceptional surge immunity and excellent thermal reliability. Featuring ultra-low reverse leakage of 10µA, it improves standby efficiency and prevents thermal overstress during AC cyclic reverse-bias operation. With 300A surge withstand capability, the device protects AC input rails from transformer inrush peaks, high-energy transient faults, and capacitive load charging stress.
