The KBU1008 is an 800V 10.0A single-phase high-voltage rectifier bridge engineered for offline AC-DC converter boards, industrial transformer-driven rectifier modules, energy power rails, DC power infrastructure stages, capacitor charging front-end rectification, 8A-to-10A SMPS input bridges, and single-phase conversion modules requiring low conduction dissipation and high surge tolerance. Its ultra-low 10µA reverse leakage reduces off-state losses, improving thermal margins under repetitive AC voltage cycling.
