The KBU1006 is a 600V 10.0A single-phase power rectifier bridge engineered for efficient AC-DC conversion in industrial offline rails, transformer-driven circuits, high-duty SMPS front-end rectifier stages, utility PSU modules, and single-phase 10A input power architectures demanding stable performance and long service life. Featuring ultra-low reverse leakage current of 10µA, it reduces standby power dissipation, ensures strong thermal behavior, and improves rectification efficiency under sustained reverse-blocking voltage in AC cyclic duty systems. Its low 1.05V forward voltage drop minimizes conduction losses during continuous 10A DC load profiles. Built to withstand 300A non-repetitive surge peaks, the device offers excellent resilience against transformer inrush loads, large capacitor charging spikes, AC transient overstress, and line cycle peak faults.
