The KBU10005 is a 50V, 10.0A single-phase bridge rectifier designed for efficient and reliable AC-to-DC power conversion in low-voltage, high-current applications. Featuring an optimized forward voltage drop of 1.05V, the device ensures minimal conduction loss and improved thermal performance during continuous high-load rectification. Capable of handling 300A peak surge current, it protects transformer secondaries and bulk capacitors from repetitive AC cycle peaks and inrush stress.
