The KBPC810 is a 1000V 8.0A ultra-high-voltage diode bridge engineered for offline AC to DC conversion in industrial power supply rails, heavy electronic rectification modules, auxiliary SMPS stages, and transformer-fed input bridges operating under continuous 1-phase power delivery. Its ultra-low 8.0µA reverse leakage improves power efficiency and reduces operating temperature impact on the die. Built for 125A surge tolerance, it handles extreme inrush conditions reliably. The BR8 insulated package ensures compact lead alignment, mechanical endurance, and high safety isolation for industrial PCB mounted bridges.
