The KBPC1010 is a 1000V, 10A single-phase full-wave rectifier bridge diode module engineered for ultra-high-voltage AC-to-DC PCB interfaces, infrastructure transformer DC bus rails, and SMPS rectifier input stages. The 1.05V VF conduction profile reduces forward dissipation during sustained 10A DC cycles enhancing heat margins. The 300A IFSM non-repetitive surge withstand rating protects PCB mount rectifiers against transformer inrush extremes and bulk capacitor charge impulses. Reverse leakage is stabilized at 5µA minimizing idle thermal dissipation. The KBP8-style 4-lead epoxy-isolated inline module housing offers strong mechanical alignment, PCB and panel mount stability, high electrical isolation integrity for sustained 1000V 10A rectification applications.
