The KBPC10005 is a 50V, 10A single-phase full-wave bridge rectifier module, built using a robust monolithic diode bridge assembly housed in the industry-standard 4-lead KBPC epoxy-molded package. Designed for high current rectification at low voltage AC-DC stages, it delivers low forward conduction loss (VF 1.05V) while supporting 300A non-repetitive surge current (IFSM) for reliable endurance against transformer inrush, bulk capacitance charging peaks, and fault current impulses.
