The KBPC10005 is a 50V, 10A single-phase full-wave bridge rectifier module, built using a robust monolithic diode bridge assembly housed in the industry-standard 4-lead KBPC epoxy-molded package. Designed for high current rectification at low voltage AC-DC stages, it delivers low forward conduction loss (VF 1.05V) while supporting 300A non-repetitive surge current (IFSM) for reliable endurance against transformer inrush, bulk capacitance charging peaks, and fault current impulses. The rectifier exhibits very low reverse leakage (5µA) for enhanced thermal stability and DC bus blocking integrity in repetitive reverse bias conditions.
