The KBJ1510 is a 1000V, 15A ultra-high-voltage single-phase full-wave diode bridge rectifier module, optimized for high-voltage AC-to-DC conversion, transformer-based DC bus charging, industrial offline power stages, solar inverter input rails, and infrastructure-grade supply front ends. The internal 4-junction layout ensures symmetrical current sharing, delivering 1.0V low-loss conduction at 100 °C rated load temperature, preserving both power efficiency and thermal reliability. Designed for rugged overload integrity, the bridge tolerates 240A non-repetitive surge transients, while reverse leakage remains tightly regulated at 7.5µA max, guaranteeing stable high-voltage blocking even under long-duration rectifier operation.
