The KBJ1504 is a 400V, 15A single-phase heavy-duty bridge rectifier diode module, optimized for 230V AC offline conversion, high-current transformer secondary rectification, and industrial 400V DC bus charging stages. The 4-junction internal topology ensures symmetrical current sharing, delivering 1.0V low-loss conduction performance at a 100 °C rated load temperature, improving thermal reliability during sustained rectification. With a maximum 7.5µA reverse leakage limit, it preserves blocking integrity even under long-term rectifier operation. Housed in the 4-lead KBJ epoxy block package, it enables rugged PCB mounting, strong mechanical lead endurance, and effective heat dissipation in AC-DC front-end applications requiring sufficient surge and current margin.
