The KBJ1010 is a 1000V, 10.0A single-phase rectifier bridge diode module purpose-built for ultra-high voltage AC-DC conversion PCBs, industrial offline rectifier front-ends, transformer based DC bus modules supporting up to 10A DC current load cycles, infrastructure rectifier energy conversion boards, industrial PSUs, 230VAC/115VAC offline rectification rails demanding excellent surge protection tolerance with low-loss conduction, and high-duty AC-DC bridge converter modules demanding vibration endurance with electric safety isolation for long-term reliability. With its low 1.05V forward voltage architecture, it ensures minimized conduction rise under sustained load cycles. Its 170A non-repetitive surge tolerance secures the circuit from transformer magnetizing overload AC inrush forces and DC bulk capacitor charge impulse AC cyclic stress and transient overload peak forces ensuring long-term rectier reliability. Reverse leakage is controlled to 10µA for minimized standby loss and thermal rise in repetitive reverse-bias AC cycles. The KBJ 8-pin epoxy-isolated package provides stable lead alignment, vibration durability, enhanced electrical isolation safety, and optimized thermal performance making it ideal for long-term PCB mounted conversion stages requiring reliability.
