The KBJ1006 is a 600V, 10.0A single-phase rectifier bridge built for higher transformer rails and industrial AC-DC front-end stages. The 1.05V forward voltage ensures reduced conduction dissipation for heavy 10A DC load cycles. 170A surge tolerance protects the power stage during transformer magnetizing inrush and capacitor charging peaks. Reverse leakage held at 10µA minimizes off-cycle thermal rise and standby loss. The rugged insulated KBJ 8-pin epoxy molded package enables strong electrical isolation and mechanical stability for converter PCBs.
