The KBJ1004 is a 400V, 10.0A single-phase diode bridge engineered for offline rectification and transformer isolated AC-DC conversion PCBs requiring efficient 10A DC load conduction. With its 1.05V forward voltage architecture, it minimizes conduction loss for real-world 230VAC/115VAC transformer rails. The 170A surge withstand rating secures the rectifier stage against transformer inrush forces, bulk capacitor charging peaks, and AC cycle peak overstress. Reverse leakage is controlled at 10µA, improving standby thermal rise in repetitive AC reverse-bias cycles.
