The KBJ10005 is a 50V, 10.0A single-phase bridge rectifier built for efficient low-voltage AC-to-DC conversion. With a low 1.05V forward drop, it delivers reduced conduction losses for high-current loads. Its 170A surge withstand capability protects the power stage from heavy inrush and AC cycle peak stress. Reverse leakage is limited to 10µA, ensuring minimal standby dissipation. Encapsulated in an insulated and vibration-resistant KBJ 8-pin epoxy-molded package, it offers strong electrical isolation and excellent thermal reliability for 50V designs.
