HLF ULN2004 – Seven Darlington Array Driver (DIP16) | 7-Channel High-Current Driver | 50V, 500mA per Channel, –40°C to +85°C | Through-Hole Package
HLF
The HLF ULN2004 (DIP16) is a seven-channel high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array designed for interfacing between high-level logic and inductive or resistive loads. Each channel can handle up to 500mA and 50V, making it ideal for driving relays, solenoids, stepper motors, and LED displays.
Unlike the ULN2003, the ULN2004 is specifically optimized for 5V to 15V CMOS or TTL logic systems, ensuring reliable performance across a wide voltage range. Integrated flyback diodes protect against inductive load transients, making it robust and efficient for industrial and consumer applications.
