HLF ULN2003 – Seven Darlington Array Driver (DIP16) | 7-Channel High-Current Driver | 50V, 500mA per Channel, –40°C to +85°C | Through-Hole Package
HLF
The HLF ULN2003 (DIP16) is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array consisting of seven open-collector NPN Darlington pairs. Each channel can drive loads up to 500mA and withstand voltages up to 50V, making it ideal for directly interfacing TTL or CMOS logic to high-current or high-voltage loads.
Integrated clamp diodes provide protection from inductive load transients, making the ULN2003 suitable for driving relays, stepper motors, solenoids, and lamps. Its wide operating temperature range ensures stable operation in industrial and automotive environments.
