HLF LM13700 – Dual OTA (Operational Transconductance Amplifier) (DIP16) | Linearizing Diodes & Buffers | 10V–32V, 0°C to +70°C | Through-Hole Package
HLF
The HLF LM13700 (DIP16) is a dual operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) featuring linearizing diodes and built-in buffer amplifiers for enhanced linearity and output drive capability. Designed for analog signal processing and variable-gain control, it offers precise control of transconductance via the input bias current.
Operating over a wide voltage range of 10V to 32V, the LM13700 provides excellent linearity, low input offset voltage (< ±5 mV), and low input bias current (< 5 µA). The integrated buffers allow direct interfacing with low-impedance loads, making it ideal for filters, oscillators, and voltage-controlled amplifiers.
