HLF CA3140 – BiMOS Operational Amplifier (DIP8) | MOSFET Input, Bipolar Output | ±3V to ±18V, –40°C to +125°C | Through-Hole Package
HLF
The HLF CA3140 (DIP8) is a high-performance BiMOS operational amplifier that combines the advantages of MOSFET input transistors with a bipolar output stage. This hybrid design provides very high input impedance, extremely low input current, and fast response speed, making it ideal for precision analog applications.
Operating from a wide dual-supply range of ±3V to ±18V, the CA3140 delivers a gain bandwidth product of 4.5 MHz and a slew rate of 9 V/µs. Its low input offset voltage (< ±6 mV) and low input bias current (< 50 pA) enable accurate signal amplification with minimal loading. Designed for industrial and high-temperature environments, it operates reliably up to +125°C.
