HLF 74LS75 4-Bit Bistable Latch – DIP16 | Transparent Latch TTL Logic IC | 4.75V–5.25V, 0°C to +70°C | Through-Hole Package
HLF
The HLF 74LS75 is a 4-bit bistable latch designed using Low-Power Schottky TTL (LS) technology, providing high-speed operation, low power dissipation, and excellent noise immunity. It contains four independent bistable latches, each capable of storing a single bit of data, controlled by enable (strobe) and data inputs for transparent or latched operation.
When the enable input is high, the latch follows the data input (transparent mode). When the enable input goes low, the data present at that moment is latched and held stable, allowing the 74LS75 to function as a temporary data storage device or buffer in digital systems. Operating at 4.75V–5.25V and 0°C to +70°C, it ensures reliable TTL performance across industrial and commercial environments.
