The HIP4082IBZT from Renesas is a high-performance H-Bridge MOSFET driver IC, designed for medium-frequency, medium-voltage applications. Supporting operation up to 80V, it is optimized for PWM motor control, UPS systems, and other bridge-based power designs. Its architecture simplifies full- and half-bridge implementations while providing advanced protection features.

Unlike the HIP4081, the HIP4082 offers reduced drive current, enabling smaller packaging and a wider range of programmable dead times (0.1µs – 4.5µs), making it ideal for switching frequencies up to 200kHz.
