SENBA

The H217S/H217B PIR motion sensor from SENBA is a high-sensitivity passive infrared sensing component engineered for accurate human motion detection in advanced electronic systems. With analog signal output, this sensor enables flexible signal conditioning and precise integration with external processing circuits, making it ideal for customized motion detection solutions.

Operating across a wide voltage range of 2V to 15V, the H217S/H217B ensures stable and reliable performance in both low-power and standard power applications. It delivers an extended sensing distance of up to 12 meters when paired with an S9008-2 23mm lens, providing enhanced coverage compared to standard PIR sensors. The wide induction angle of 120° to 125° allows efficient detection across large areas, improving system responsiveness.

With a low static noise level of less than 80mV, this sensor ensures high signal integrity and minimizes false triggering, enhancing overall system reliability. The compact window sizes (4×3mm / 5×3.8mm) support flexible design integration in space-constrained devices.

Compatible with widely used PIR controller ICs such as ISB6601L, RS8034, and BISS0001, the H217S/H217B offers seamless implementation in security systems, smart lighting, and automation products. Compared to lower-range sensors, it provides superior detection distance, wider voltage tolerance, and improved performance consistency.
