GBU1506 is a 600V, 15A high-voltage rectifier bridge module tailored for offline 50/60 Hz rectification, industrial AC input rails, and transformer DC-bus charging. It delivers 1.0V low-drop conduction at 100 °C, improving thermally stable high-current operation. The module tolerates 240A IFSM surge impulses, ensuring reliability for inrush-dominant reservoir fronts. Reverse leakage is limited to 7.5µA max, assuring steady voltage blocking even in hot power-conversion environments. The 4-lead GBU block supports PCB-mounted 15A balancing and rapid thermal spreading.
