GBU1501 is a 100V, 15A high-current bridge rectifier optimized for AC mains rectification and transformer output conversion. Its 4-junction rectifier core supplies a 1.0V low-loss conduction drop at 100 °C, maintaining high efficiency under heavy load. It withstands 240A IFSM surge peaks, offering strong resilience in EMI-noisy infrastructures and large energy-storage reservoir fronts. The module controls reverse leakage to 7.5 µA max, preserving stable DC bus blocking. The GBU epoxy block enables reliable PCB mounting, thermal spreading, and high current balancing for 15A front-end supplies.
