The GBU1010 is a 1000V, 10A single-phase high-current rectifier diode bridge designed for ultra-high-voltage AC-to-DC conversion PCBs, industrial offline input stages, transformer powered DC bus modules, SMPS input rectifier bridges demanding minimized conduction thermal dissipation, 220A surge immunity protection from high-side AC inrush forces, bulk DC capacitor charge impulse forces, AC cycle peak overload stress protection for power PCBs requiring thermal stability and high-load 10A DC cycles. The rectifier supports efficient 10A DC load conduction cycles using a low 1.05V forward voltage architecture minimizing conduction thermal rise enabling improved system efficiency under long-duty conversion cycles. The 220A surge immunity protects the circuit stage from AC inrush, transformer magnetization peaks, and capacitor charge impulses. Reverse leakage restricted to 10µA ensures minimal standby loss and stabilized repetitive reverse-bias thermal behavior.
