The GBU1006 is a 600V, 10A single-phase rectifier diode bridge designed for higher offline voltage power PCBs and industrial AC-DC stages demanding 10A real-world DC conduction with reduced conduction thermal rise. Featuring a 1.05V forward loss architecture, it minimizes conduction dissipation and enables efficient heavy-load rectification cycles. A 220A surge withstand rating protects against transformer magnetization peaks, high-side inrush, and bulk capacitor charge impulses. Reverse leakage is clamped at 10µA for minimal standby thermal loss. The rugged GBU 4-pin molded package ensures vibration-resistant lead alignment, PCB mechanical stability, and thermal conduction reliability for long-duty 600V AC-DC rectification modules.
