The GBU1004 is a 400V, 10A single-phase diode bridge supporting sustained 10A AC-DC rectification duty for offline 230VAC/115VAC transformer rails, industrial PSUs, SMPS input rectifier modules, and infrastructure grade PCB rectifier front-ends demanding excellent surge tolerance and low conduction rise. With its 1.05V forward voltage design, it reduces conduction dissipation while sustaining real-world 10A DC load cycles. The 220A IFSM surge rating ensures dependable protection from AC inrush, transformer magnetization peaks, and bulk capacitor charge impulses. Reverse leakage is tightly restricted to 10µA for minimal standby thermal rise. The 4-pin epoxy-molded GBU package ensures strong electrical and mechanical PCB mounting, vibration endurance stability, and thermal conduction reliability needed for long-duty AC-to-DC conversion stages.
