The GBU1001 is a 100V, 10A single-phase AC-DC bridge diode built for moderate-voltage DC bus rails and transformer-based rectifier modules. Featuring low-loss 1.05V forward conduction architecture, it supports sustained 10A DC loads with reduced thermal rise and improved system efficiency. The 220A surge withstand rating protects the rectifier stage from transformer magnetizing inrush forces and DC bulk capacitor charging overstress impulses. Reverse leakage is tightly controlled at 10µA to minimize standby loss in repetitive reverse-bias AC cycles. The inline epoxy-molded GBU package delivers strong electrical framing, dependable lead alignment, thermal dissipation, and mechanical durability for 100V power conversion front-ends on PCBs.
