The GBU10005 is a 50V, 10A single-phase bridge rectifier engineered for high-efficiency AC-to-DC conversion in low-voltage power applications. With an optimized 1.05V forward voltage, it significantly reduces conduction losses under 10A continuous load cycles, supporting improved thermal performance and board-level efficiency. The 220A surge current rating delivers strong transient and inrush immunity, securing bulk capacitor charging stages and transformer secondary peak stress. Reverse leakage is clamped to 10µA for minimal standby power dissipation and superior long-term stability.
