DG201B / DG202B Quad SPST Analog Switches | Vishay Siliconix

The DG201B and DG202B are high-performance analog switches from Vishay Siliconix, offering enhanced versions of the industry-standard DG201A and DG202. Built on Vishay’s proprietary silicon gate CMOS process, these switches deliver lower on-resistance, reduced leakage, faster switching speed, and lower power consumption compared to earlier designs.

These quad single-pole single-throw (SPST) switches are ideal for applications in telecommunications, instrumentation, process control, and computer peripherals. They feature charge injection compensation for minimal switching transients, support ±22V input signals, and handle up to 30mA continuous current. An epitaxial layer ensures latch-up immunity.

• DG201B: Normally closed configuration

• DG202B: Normally open configuration

Both models offer true bidirectional signal conduction when on, and complete isolation from supply voltages when off.
