It integrates a reference voltage source, oscillation circuit, error amplifier, phase compensation circuit, and PWM/PFM switching control, ensuring excellent voltage regulation and system stability.

With a built-in MOSFET, the CS5038E requires only 12 external components, simplifying circuit design and improving overall reliability. It supports a wide input voltage range (3V–16V) and delivers a constant output voltage up to 22V with an average load current of up to 10A, making it ideal for a wide range of terminal and embedded power applications.
