BR108 – 800V 10.0A Bridge Rectifier in BR8 Package | 800V 10A Diode Bridge

The BR108 is an 800V, 10.0A single-phase full-wave rectifier bridge diode designed for high voltage PCB PSU stages and 800V transformer DC buses. The 1.1V VF low-loss conduction design enables reduced forward dissipation under sustained 10A DC cycles. The 150A IFSM non-repetitive surge rating protects AC bridge PCBs from inrush peaks and capacitor charge spikes improving overstress endurance. Reverse leakage is tightly kept to 5µA for low idle thermal rise and stable blocking behavior. Housed in the BR8 4-lead epoxy molded inline bridge package, the rectifier ensures strong mechanical rigidity, secure PCB mounting stability, improved lead alignment, vibration immunity, dependable panel isolation integrity and improved thermal conduction structure for sustained 800V 10A rectifier interface requirements.
