The BR106 is a 600V, 10.0A single-phase bridge rectifier diode supporting higher offline AC front-ends and infrastructure 600V transformer-powered DC buses. Its 1.1V conduction profile minimizes full-load rectifier dissipation during heavy 10A DC cycles. The 150A IFSM surge withstand rating ensures immunity against bulk DC capacitor impulse charging and transformer inrush extremes. Reverse leakage is controlled at 5µA keeping standby thermal loss low.
