BLL2206 Power Management IC – 6A Synchronous DC-DC Buck Converter | 2.3–5.5V, 4MHz, DFN3×2-9L
Shanghai Belling
The BLL2206 is a high-current Power Management IC integrating a synchronous DC/DC step-down (buck) converter with built-in power MOSFETs, designed for low-voltage, high-current point-of-load applications.
It supports a 2.3V to 5.5V input voltage range and provides an adjustable output voltage, making it suitable for modern digital power rails.
Operating at a high 4MHz switching frequency, the BLL2206 enables the use of very small external inductors and capacitors while delivering up to 6A output current with excellent transient response.
Its high efficiency and compact DFN3×2-9L package make it ideal for space-constrained, high-power-density designs in consumer and embedded systems.
