BLL1575 Power Management IC – 150mA CMOS LDO Linear Regulator | DFN1.8×2.0-6L

The BLL1575 is a low-power CMOS LDO linear regulator designed for battery-powered equipment, automotive applications, and water meters.
It supports a wide input voltage up to 40V and provides adjustable output voltage from 1.2V to 5.0V in 0.1V increments.

Its ultra-low quiescent current of 2.5µA makes it ideal for energy-efficient portable designs. The compact DFN1.8×2.0-6L package allows high-density PCB layouts.
