The BLG High Voltage IGBT Series (400V–650V) is engineered for high-efficiency power switching applications requiring low conduction loss, fast switching performance, and optimized switching energy characteristics. Designed using advanced Field Stop trench IGBT technology, this series delivers low VCE(sat), reduced Eon/Eoff losses, and excellent thermal stability for medium- and high-power conversion systems.

Covering voltage ratings from 400V to 650V and current capability up to 50A, these IGBTs are optimized for inverter-based systems, motor drives, and high-frequency power switching applications. With low saturation voltage (VCE(sat)) starting from 1.3V (typ.) and fast switching times (low Tdon, Tr, Tdoff, Tf), the series ensures improved efficiency and reduced heat generation.

Available in industry-standard packages including TO220, TO220F, TO247, TO252, TO262, TO263, TO3PF, and TO3PN, the BLG IGBT portfolio supports both compact PCB layouts and high-power thermal management designs.
