The 650V / 1200V Field-Stop IGBT family is designed to deliver high efficiency, low conduction loss, and reliable switching performance for medium- to high-power applications. Built with advanced field-stop trench technology, these IGBTs offer low VCE(sat), optimized switching energy (Eon/Eoff), and excellent thermal stability, making them ideal for high-frequency and high-power conversion systems.
