The BL9368 is a high-voltage Power Management IC featuring a built-in high-side MOSFET and asynchronous DC/DC step-down (buck) topology, designed for power meter and DPS applications requiring higher output current capability.
It supports a 5.0V to 60V input voltage range with an adjustable output voltage using a 0.812V feedback reference.
Capable of delivering up to 1.2A output current, the BL9368 achieves efficiency up to 90% while operating at a 480kHz switching frequency.
The ESOP8 package provides improved thermal performance for higher-power industrial designs.
