BL9342 Power Management IC – 0.6A High-Voltage Buck Converter | 4.2–40V, 1.8MHz, SOT23-6
Shanghai Belling
The BL9342 is a compact Power Management IC featuring a built-in high-side MOSFET asynchronous DC/DC step-down (buck) converter, designed for high-voltage power conversion in compact systems.
It supports a wide 4.2V to 40V input voltage range and provides an adjustable output voltage via a 0.794V feedback reference, making it suitable for DPS and industrial power applications.
Capable of delivering up to 0.6A output current, the BL9342 operates at a high 1.8MHz switching frequency, enabling the use of very small inductors and capacitors.
Its low 200µA quiescent current and compact SOT23-6 package make it ideal for space-constrained, high-voltage designs.
