The BL9315 is a high-efficiency Power Management IC integrating a synchronous DC/DC step-down (buck) converter with a built-in MOSFET, designed for low-voltage, high-current applications requiring compact size and excellent efficiency.
It supports a 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage range and provides an adjustable output voltage via a 0.6V feedback reference, making it ideal for portable and consumer electronic devices.

Delivering up to 3A output current, the BL9315 operates at a 1.5MHz switching frequency, enabling the use of small external components and compact PCB layouts.
With a low 40µA quiescent current and efficiency up to 95%, it is well suited for battery-powered and always-on systems.
