BL9193 Power Management IC – 300mA CMOS LDO Linear Regulator | SOT23-5 / SC70-5

The BL9193 is a low-dropout (LDO) CMOS linear regulator offering low noise, high PSRR, fast response, and output discharge.
It supports input voltages from 2.0V to 6.0V and provides multiple output voltages: 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V, 3.0V, 3.3V, or adjustable output from 1.8V to 3.6V.

The regulator delivers up to 300mA output current with 90µA quiescent current while maintaining ±2% / ±1% output accuracy. Available in SOT23-5 and SC70-5 packages, it is ideal for portable, battery-powered applications.
