The BL9161G is a low-dropout (LDO) CMOS linear regulator with low noise, high PSRR, and fast response.
It supports input voltages from 2.2V to 6.0V and provides multiple fixed output voltages: 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V, 3.0V, 3.3V, suitable for portable information appliances and battery-powered devices.

With a maximum output current of 300mA and ultra-low quiescent current, it enables energy-efficient operation while maintaining stable voltage regulation. The regulator is available in SC70-5, SOT23-5, SOT23-3, and DFN1x1-4L packages, allowing flexible PCB layouts.
