BL8503 Power Management IC – 250mA Low-Power CMOS LDO Linear Regulator | SOT23-3, SOT89-3, TO92 Description
Shanghai Belling
The BL8503 is a low-power CMOS LDO linear regulator designed for battery-powered applications that require extremely low standby current and stable voltage regulation.
It supports a maximum input voltage of 8.0V and offers adjustable output voltages from 1.2V to 6.0V in fine 0.1V steps.
With a quiescent current of only 3µA, the BL8503 is well-suited for always-on circuits, reference voltage rails, and low-power consumer devices.
It can deliver up to 250mA output current, balancing low power consumption with reliable load capability.
