BL8202 Half-Bridge Gate Driver IC, 250V Offset, SOP8

The BL8202 is a compact half-bridge gate driver IC designed for low- to medium-power motor drive and power conversion applications. It supports a high-side offset voltage up to 250V and operates from a 10V to 20V gate drive supply.
With separate HIN/LIN logic inputs and 200ns fixed dead time, the BL8202 ensures reliable switching and prevents shoot-through. The driver provides 1.0A source and 1.5A sink current, making it suitable for driving external MOSFETs or IGBTs.
