The BL8077 is an ultra-low power CMOS LDO linear regulator optimized for battery-powered and wireless communication equipment where minimal standby current is critical.
It operates from an input voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and provides fixed output voltage options including 1.2V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V, 3.0V, and 3.3V.
With an extremely low quiescent current of only 0.8µA, the BL8077 significantly extends battery life in standby and sleep modes.
