The BL8073 is a low-noise CMOS LDO linear regulator designed for compact, battery-powered and wireless applications where space efficiency and clean power are critical.
It operates with an input voltage range of 1.5V to 6.0V and provides an adjustable output from 1.2V to 5.0V in 0.1V steps, with ±2% / ±1% accuracy.

With 70dB PSRR at low frequency (100Hz) and a low quiescent current of 100µA, the BL8073 ensures stable performance while supporting output currents up to 1A, all in a small SOT23-5 package.
