BL8072 Power Management IC – 2A Ultra-Low Power CMOS LDO Linear Regulator | SOT223, TO252

The BL8072 is a high-current CMOS LDO linear regulator designed for battery-powered and low-noise power applications that require very low quiescent current and robust output capability.
It supports a maximum input voltage of 18V and provides a regulated output voltage from 1.2V to 5.0V with high accuracy.

Despite its high 2A output current capability, the BL8072 maintains a low quiescent current of just 3µA, making it suitable for systems that alternate between standby and heavy-load operation.
Housed in SOT223 and TO252 packages, it offers excellent thermal performance for higher power dissipation.
